Mango Avocado Smoothie


Mango and avocado are a smoothie match made in heaven. The tropical flavor of the mango paired with the creaminess of the avocado works so well together.


1. 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced 2. 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted 3. 1 cup plain yogurt 4. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice) 5. 2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste) 6. Ice cubes (optional) 7. Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)



Peel and dice the ripe mango, ensuring you remove the seed. Similarly, peel and pit the avocado. The fruits should be ripe to ensure a smooth and creamy texture in the smoothie.


Step 1

In a blender, combine the diced mango and avocado. Blend until smooth. The combination of mango and avocado provides a delightful mix of sweetness and creaminess.

Add 1 cup of plain yogurt to the blended mango and avocado. Pour in 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or your preferred milk). This adds a rich and creamy texture to the smoothie.
