Indian Lassi Recipe

This simple lassi recipe explains the popular Indian drink. Adjust yogurt or water to thicken or thin. Add fresh mint if desired.

– ice cube – 1 ¾ cups plain yogurt – 1 ½ cups ice water – 6 cubes ice, crushed – 2 teaspoons white sugar – 1 pinch salt

Ice cubes should be placed in six tall cups.

STEP  1 .

Yogurt, ice water, crushed ice, sugar, and salt should be mixed together in a mixer until the mixture turns frothy.

To serve, pour the mixture over the ice cubes that are already in the cups.
