In a large mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix almond milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a soft dough forms.

Step 1

Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and roll it into a rectangle approximately 12x16 inches in size.

Step 2

Spread softened butter evenly over the rolled-out dough. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle the mixture over the buttered dough. Add chopped nuts if desired.

Step 3

Starting from one of the longer edges, tightly roll the dough into a log. Cut the log into 12 equal pieces. Place the cut rolls in a greased baking dish.

Step 4

In a saucepan, melt butter for the glaze, then add brown sugar and honey. Stir over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Pour the sticky glaze over the arranged rolls in the baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes or until the buns are golden brown.
