– 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour – 1/2 cup almond flour – 1 teaspoon baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg – 1/4 teaspoon ground clove – 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted – 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed – 1/2 cup pumpkin puree – 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy) – 2 large egg – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract



Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan with cooking spray or a light coating of oil.
