Gluten-Free Monkey Bread

INGREDIENTS 

– 2 1/2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon xanthan gum (if not included in the flour mix) – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1 cup warm milk (dairy or non-dairy) – 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted – 1/4 cup granulated sugar – 2 teaspoons active dry yeast – 1 large egg For Coating: – 1 cup granulated sugar – 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon – 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter, and sugar. Sprinkle the yeast over the mixture and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
