– 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour – 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) gluten-free active dry yeast – 1/2 cup warm milk (dairy or non-dairy) – 1/4 cup granulated sugar – 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted – 1 large egg – 1 tsp vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp salt For the Filling: – 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed – 2 tsp ground cinnamon – 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened For the Frosting: – 1 cup powdered sugar – 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened – 1/2 tsp vanilla extract – 2-3 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy)

Step 1
