Favorite Gluten-Free Granola

This favorite gluten-free granola recipe is not only nutritious but also easy to make. Packed with wholesome ingredients, it's a delightful blend of flavors that will make your mornings or snacks even more enjoyable.


1. 2 cups gluten-free rolled oat 2. 1/2 cup almonds, chopped 3. 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped 4. 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut 5. 1/4 cup pumpkin seed 6. 1/4 cup sunflower seed 7. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup 8. 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted 9. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 10. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 11. 1/4 teaspoon salt 12. 1/2 cup dried cranberries or your favorite dried fruits (optional)



Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.


Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free rolled oats, chopped almonds, chopped walnuts, shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
