INGREDIENTS 

1. 2 cups gluten-free rolled oat 2. 1/2 cup almonds, chopped 3. 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped 4. 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut 5. 1/4 cup pumpkin seed 6. 1/4 cup sunflower seed 7. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup 8. 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted 9. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 10. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 11. 1/4 teaspoon salt 12. 1/2 cup dried cranberries or your favorite dried fruits (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
