Buttery, Gluten-Free Crescent Roll

- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour – 1 tablespoon sugar – 1 teaspoon xanthan gum – 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder – ½ teaspoon salt – ½ cup cold unsalted butter, cut into small cube – 1 cup plain Greek yogurt – 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)



Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
