Banana Chia Pudding

Ensure you have a ripe banana, chia seeds, milk of your choice, vanilla extract, and optional sweetener (honey or maple syrup). You can also prepare any toppings you desire, such as sliced bananas, berries, or nuts.


Step 1

Peel the ripe banana and place it in a bowl. Use a fork to mash it until smooth. This will add natural sweetness and flavor to your chia pudding.

Add the chia seeds to the mashed banana. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed. This mixture will form the base of your pudding.
