  • Kneeling Ab Wheel – 10 eps
  • Side Plank Hip Lifts – 20 reps (10 per side)
  • Leg Raises – 10 reps
  • Russian Twists – 20 reps (10 per side)
  • McGill Sit-Up – 20 reps (10 per side)
  • Plank – Hold for as long as possible
